• Large-sized edgewise winding machine.
• It is the largest winding machine at our company. It corresponds to the winding of the maximum outer diameter 4200x800 up to 20mm thickness. Winding direction is counterclockwise from the bottom.

• Medium-sized edgewise winding machine (full automatic)
• It was installed in 2013. It is suitable for winding of a thin coil wire with a thickness that is difficult to handle by a large winding machine. Winding of the maximum outer diameter of about 2000x500 is possible. Winding direction is counterclockwise from the bottom. Compared with the conventional medium size winding machine (semi-automatic), speedy winding is possible.

• Medium size edgewise winding machine (semi-automatic)
• Although two workers are needed for operation, an extensive ratio of the width-thickness (W/t) of the wire is also available.　Winding of the maximum outer diameter of about 2000x600 is possible. Winding direction is counterclockwise from the bottom.

• Small edgewise winding machine
• We have three sets of small sized winding machines, and it is suitable for winding of the maximum outer diameter about 700x400 mm. Winding direction is clockwise from the bottom.

• 350t-150t hydraulic-forming-press
• It is a two-direction press to be used for the coil forming after edgewise winding.

• 
• Large-sized annealing furnace
• The edgewise coil wound with each winding machine removes the softening processing of work hardening and internal distortion, which are relied on for heat-treating in this annealing furnace and bending.

• 500t press
• It is the biggest press that we possess. It is used for a punch of the core plate to be used for a field core. It has an automatic stacking device of the core plate.

• 300t press
• It is used for a punch of the core plate used for a field core.

• 
• Horizontal forming press
• It is a hydraulic press for laminating a core plate and manufacturing a field core.

• 
• Machining center
• We have 2 sets of machining centers, a vertical forming and a horizontal type. It is mainly used for the manufacture of field core related parts.
